Reservations are released 30 calendar days in advance, and all availability is posted online.

Outdoor Dining maximum party size: 4

Parties of 1-2 2 hours
Parties of 3-4 2.5 hours
Parties of 5-8 3 hours

WALK INS
All seats in the restaurant, including our 6-seat counter, are available for online booking. We recommend booking in advance, but we’re always happy to welcome walk-in diners, subject to availability.

PARKLET SEATING
Our parklets offer elevated outdoor accommodations boasting state-of-the-art design, heating, and seclusion from the elements.

Please note: Our seating is assigned upon booking, so outdoor tables cannot be exchanged for indoor ones. Thank you for your cooperation.

COVID-19 SAFETY
Guests are encouraged to perform their own symptoms check prior to arrival - if you feel ill or have any symptoms associated with Covid-19, please reschedule your reservation for a later date and stay home. We thank you for your assistance in keeping us all safe!

Frances is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or left behind in the restaurant.  

PETS: Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or parklets. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome.

CANCELLATIONS
We require a credit card for all reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation a $25 per person fee may apply.

PARKING: We do not offer valet parking. There is limited street parking in the neighborhood.
